Sample version specifications
- If Internet Properties > Connections > Dial-up and Virtual Private Network Settings is set to "Dial when no network connection exists" or "Dial with normal connection," change it to "Never dial."
- If "Use a proxy server for your LAN" is checked in "Internet Properties" → "Connection" → "Local Area Network (LAN) Settings" → "Proxy Server", uncheck it to disable the proxy server.
