7 people, around 35 years old (as of April 2022) |

Currently, it seems that there are no people who wear a suit and tie every day.
You may feel the same way as your students. |

It depends on the person, but not that much. I think this depends on subjectivity, but...

| Development environment |
There is a relatively large work space separated by partitions.
It's separated by a partition, so you don't have to constantly look at the person in front of you.
Each person uses about three PCs (one or more notebooks + one or more desktops), as well as a shared debugging machine and a server machine.
There are over 50 smartphones and tablets including verification machines. Each person uses at least two smartphones (does it double as an extension?).
The models are Android and iPhone, and there are quite a few models that have been released as smartphones in Japan.
The internet has two rays of light. I think the development environment is quite good.
In addition, due to security requirements, we operate a video conference server, SNS-like chat server, SIP phone server that allows free calls, etc. on an in-house server. As a general rule, our policy is not to use external network services for work.

| room |
It's quite a beautiful office building.But the room is a mess... (^_^;
At the bottom of this page, there is a photo of the company (sorry, it's a little old). Although it is a Nippon Jumbo building, it is not an affiliated company.
It may not be very noticeable from the outside, but since we are not conducting business by inviting customers (therefore, there are no pushy sales people), it is effective because we can concentrate on our work.
The name is at the bottom of the building's sign.

| Around the office |
The location is a residential area.
It is conveniently accessed by car as it is located along the road from Numazu Station to Tomei (National Route 246, commonly known as Gourmet Highway) and is close to the grade-separated intersection with National Route 1 Bypass.
Locals will know that this is the intersection of the gourmet road and the Shinkansen. Buses and JR may be a bit difficult.
Nowadays, most people commute by car. Even people who don't have a car at first will eventually get a license and a car.
There is no company housing. If you are from outside the area, we will introduce you to a real estate agent, but basically you will need to move and move on your own.
When I go on a business trip (about once every few months?), I usually drive to Mishima Station and take the Shinkansen from there.
